We dropped in to see the guys and had a great chat, headed out for a ride and when we finished we were back. I had a problem shifting. We thought it was because of a broken piece. As it turns out one of the guys discovered the shifting cable housing was split open and this is what was causing the problem. Thanks again

We found this place by first going into two different bike shops in Kelowna (not worth mentioning names) and one told us about Sovereign Cycle in West Bank, BC. As we were staying nearby we stopped in. I had a tubeless ready tire blow and they had what I needed, another tubeless ready tire and on top of that Russ took the time to change my old front tire to the back rim (where blown tire was) and put the new one on the front for me. Russ was very helpful, interesting to talk to as well as interested in where we were heading to ride. Great service Russ, Thank you so much
