I'm really starting to like this shop more and more. They're not just a bike shop and typically, I'm put off by that or have the feeling that it's not a "real" bike store. But, this is not the case here. They have a very well stocked bike department and a great service department as well. Very knowledgeable staff and really, what's the problem with being able to get your new bike and a Patagonia Puff jacket at the same time? See Howard in the bike department....he will treat you right. I just realized this says "grapevine location". I'm specifically talking about the Dallas location at Royal and 75.
I bought my Haro V4 from here. They had great customer service. For the life of my bike they will adjust the gears and breaks, snug everything that needs a snug, and also check my wheels, tires, and headset. I've never had to leave my bike with them, they've always taken care of me on the spot. And the have 9 Texas locations.
