Best shop around IMO. Staff there is knowledgable about mtb and eager to help. I got my bike there for about half of list price, and services are free for a whole year. The staff have even been helpful regarding upgrades and service judgements. If you are going to buy your next bike from a shop I highly recommend checking out the bike connection.
I have to be honest. I wasn't very impressed by the services in the shop. The staff doesn't seem to be very motivated and knowledgeable when it comes to mtbing. Their prices are also outrageous. The only thing I felt I would go back to them is when I need to rent a bike for my friend. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't.
