The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional; they can answer any of your questions. Also, they don't hover over you pressuring you to buy, but are ready to help any time and get you into a bike or gear that will suit your needs.
Friendly, no-pressure staff. Great selection of mountain, road, tri, and beach cruiser bikes. Nice store that is way bigger than it looks from outside.
