I've been there multiple times for parts, clothing, MTB tuneups, and advice.
They are always quick and helpful.
Other shops give you a number and tell you how many weeks it will be prior to their working on your bike.
Ultimate takes it steaight back ad does a quick look. Often they can do a quick fix on the spot.
I have had no problems with the repairs and purchases from this shop. I work directly behind them so I tend to visit them because of this. They are primarily a Trek Dealership.
