A panoramic view of a rocky landscape featuring layered cliffs and distant mountains under a blue sky with scattered clouds. In the foreground, green bushes and a twisted, dry tree branch contrast with the earth tones of the rocky terrain. The scene captures the natural beauty and ruggedness of the terrain. Alan

Mountain Biking Alan's Alley

This is a nice add on to Luke's and well worth the side trip. It's slightly more technical than Luke's up to this point, but there's still nothing scary.

Alan's Alley is a 1.2 mile long detour off Luke's Trail. It mainly follows the rim of the mesa for some stunning views. It's a little more challenging than Luke's but non-threatening. The bowling ball in John's photo and trail description is no longer there! If you miss the first turnoff don't worry, there is a little sign at the second which is about 500 yards further along.

Fun add on loop. Definitely do this one if you're on Luke's.
