All of these trails are very well maintained trails that cater to wheelers and dirtbikes. I brought a hardtail when my family was on wheelers and I was able to keep up because it's berm after berm in 2nd gear for them. I focused on momentum and exit speed and had an absolute blast. We camped all weekend and rode a lot. All trails are one way with many shortcuts in case of mechanical issues, which we used a few times. There is a restroom and shower, cabins to rent and converted Silos to sleep in. Nice place, well maintained by a nice guy who told me mountain bikers are welcome. You can find some challenging climbs and it's a great place to just log miles and increase your VO2.
All mud pits and tough climbs are trail options so you won't be forced to plow through a 4 wheeler mud bog and pack your derailer with the earth. It was dry and dusty when I was there and I had a great time jumping from rut to rut left by the wheelers to pick my line. I really thought the wheelers would ruin the trail for me but that was not the case at all.
