The Arnold Gulch road is extremely sandy, so make sure that you bring your fat bike to ride here! Seriously, I would NOT want to attempt this on a regular mountain bike. On a fat bike it's bad enough, but on a regular bike? You would be SOL.

The best part about this road isn't the road itself, but the access it provides to other trails in the area. But even if the nearby trails might be great on a standard bike, getting there on a non-fat bike would be near-impossible.
