    Lot of trails near the blue sea in a Natural reserve of "Parque Natural da Arrabida", nice single tracks, some more technical than others. Climbs like "cai de costas" are one of natural challenges that you will face. One the end a view of river Sado on one side and the estuary of Tejo river with Lisbon on the background on the other ,is a amazing view.
