Mountain Biking Beck Lake Trails
#135 of 256 mountain bike trails in Wyoming
This is a nice network of purpose built trails with about 18.5 miles of trails if you add in the pump track in between the lakes and also Red Snake trail and Oasis Loop which are south of the main trail system. Lots of bermed flowy curves and good speed are found throughout the system. All the climbs are quite easy except a few punchy stretches.

Follow 14th Street in Cody south until it turns into Reservoir Road. Follow Reservoir Road to its end. Park here. You will see a paved bike path running south from the end of the parking lot and along the lake. The access trail (The Good Life Trail) to all the Beck Lake trails is adjacent to the paved trail on the left.
Nice network of singletrack. Some of the best downhills trails are Johnny's G's, Rock Man, Oly's, Final Approach and Lena's. Lena's is by far the most technical trail. It is best to climb up the system either on Prickly Pear or Daily Grind. You can also climb up Red Light District. Don't forget to connect with Red Snake at the back end of the system (south end) if you want to add some distance. You can ride Red Snake to Oasis Loop and back on Red Snake to add a out 9 miles to your ride.
