A narrow dirt trail winding through a forest with tall pine trees, scattered rocks, and a carpet of pine needles covering the ground. The trail disappears into the distance, surrounded by lush greenery. Ben

Mountain Biking Ben's Lower

***   Add a review
#92 of 307 mountain bike trails in Oregon
#4,139 in the world

Ben's is about 7 miles long one-way, and is split into basically two portions.
The lower portion is all two-way, flowy cross country trail, but the upper section of Ben's is downhill-only.

Nice easy trail to just about any where in the Phil's system. Slight uphill climb for 7 miles; from there you can turn in a few different directions and access to the heart of Bend's extensive trail system.

Smooth, flowy climb on quality singletrack. Basically a great way to access other trails in the trail system.

Primarily an "elevator" to of climb up towards the top of Phils trail and other trails in that area.
Mostly nontechnical smooth trail through the pines.
