Mountain Biking Bill Creek / Trail 800
#41 of 265 mountain bike trails in Montana
Park where trail #800 crosses logan creek rd fs #2963. From there, start climbing up fs 2942. Climb for 5 miles, enjoy the views. You will pass a point where trail 800 will cross the road. Keep going. You will reach the top of a divide/ridge, and trail 800 will cross the road again. Hang a right on 800. If you go left, you would be on the singletrack ridden in the "Reid Divide" ride. So go right, and shred the gnar! Super gnarly, rooty, rocky, with some air opportunities... and just all in all AN AMAZING RIDE! 5 Stars hands down! This is an amazing section of trail, if you are near Whitefish and ride mountain bikes, ride this trail. Its a good reminder why 6" of travel isn't overkill on your trail bike.

More of a back country experience a little further out, but worth it. Part of a larger trail system throughout the Tally Lake District
Thank |This is an amazing descent off of the top of the ridge! Fast, narrow singletrack that can be gnarly in places. Definitely put this ride on you're to-do list!
Thank |This is a great trail, But you have to be careful as this trail is heavly used by dirt bike (motorcycles). in both the up and down directions. One last thing the people that use dirt bilkes on this trail are often the ones how clear it in the spring so let's let them have thier fun so we can too.
