Mountain Biking Blowhard
#77 of 710 mountain bike trails in Utah
Climb for about 1/2 mi. then trail drops fast and furiously with tight switchbacks and a sketchy ridgeline traverse. This trail is very steep in many sections, leaving you no choice but to lean back and hang on as you descend 3300 ft. in 7 miles. Winding through spruce, juniper and fir trees you quickly arrive near U-14 high up along the cliff with some fast smooth sections very close to canyon rim towards the end of the trail. FAST!

From Cedar City go East on U-14 and approx. 9.2 miles you'll see a gravel pullout on left or 100 yds. further up on both sides. This is a drop point for your car if shuttling. Continue on U-14 9 more miles to U-143, left. In 2.3 miles left onto gravel road for 1.1 miles. Pass under powerlines and TH is on right.

Really fast with some technical switchbacks, a ridgeline traverse and very steep and flowing.
