Mountain Biking Branched Oak State Park Area 7

***   Add a review
#15 of 36 mountain bike trails in Nebraska

Easy singletrack through both prairie and wooden sections. The trail is well
worn and is occasionally marked with a horse trail sign but bikes can ride as
well. Has some nice rolling hills but nothing major. Good for beginners or
those wanting an easy fast afternoon ride.

Green trail, easy, multi use with horses. Intended to ride one way, but if you ride opposite direction you won't know the difference. Mowed often and easy to find trail head. Need park permit to get access.

I rode Branched Oak this summer. It has some nice parts, but for the most parts very overgrown with deep ruts. It needs some major help to get back to an enjoyable trail.
