This is a shared trail with horses and hikers. Ride across large green metal bridge to trailhead and follow carsonite signage. There are several grass connectors that link up to singletrack and it eventually makes the network loop.

This trail had a few creek crossings and a lot of rooty sections. It was a great challenge for my son and I who are MTB Noobs but was also very doable. It pushed us forward as riders without overwhelming us. It has rained all week but after two days of no rain it was pretty dry. Definitely looking forward to our next trip out there.

An amazing trail to start learning on. It is just easy enough that a beginner won't hurt themselves. But it is difficult enough that it will teach a beginner the basic skills they need. It is super fun, especially when you are short on time!

I had to make a special trip to ride here. I'd heard people talk about Brommelsiek and wanted to see it for myself. Unfortunately only one small loop near the trailhead was open because of construction in the park. That section was fun to ride, though. I can't wait to come back and ride the rest. The trails are shared with horses but did not show the damage that is so common to other equestrian trails.

I've been at this a year and it was for sure not a challenge but it sure was a fun trail. Plenty of opurtunity to work on some skills but not a technical challenge... Very fun trail to ride though..

Great entry level trail for beginners with short moderate climbs and small technical section to learn the ropes on. Mostly easy riding with the occasional tougher obstacle (2 notable rocky stream crossings, a rocky-root section, a loose rock switchback,). Trail is basically 2 separate loops with the western loop being shorter, mostly woods, while the eastern loop is much longer and is a mix of rolling prairie and woods. I find the prairie section hot as a steam room on a hot afternoon--yuck! Be sure to work with equestrian riders as it is popular with the horse folk.

Beautiful park but already bored with it as a beginner. there are several changes of scenery from woods to flowing fields. Good trails and park for peace and quiet
