Bruin trail actually connects Daniel's Pass to Upper Columbine. It crosses North Cheyenne Canyon Road at the Bruins Inn Picnic area. On the Columbine side it climbs a steep slope with multiple switchbacks. The climb is not so bad. On the Daniel's Pass side, it is much straighter and makes for a fun fast descent or an easy climb.
