Mountain Biking Butcher Ranch
#213 of 1,004 mountain bike trails in California
This is the second segment of the Downieville Downhill, and it's the most gnarly! Much of this segment is opened to motorized traffic too, so be prepared for some big drops, absolutely massive rock gardens, ruts, and some killer berms to rail. This trail puts the challenge in the Downieville Downhill!

Downieville Downhill
If you're riding any of the trails in Downieville, you have to ride this. Great trail with a little bit of everything thrown in. Good flowy sections and technical rock gardens. Drops, decents, berms - it's all here. For the most part the trail was in great shape. Go ride!!
Thank |1 to what Greg said. This is the centerpiece and highlight of the classic Downieville Downhill. Fast gnar at its best.
Thank |Fantastic gnarly section! For me, this was one of the big highlights of the Downieville Downhill.
