Calico Ghost Town Regional Park is home to the old west mining town, Calico, that established since 1881 and became a ghost town after the silver rush in the mid-1890's. Activities here include mountain biking, off-roading, horseback riding and camping.

Wicked gem hidden in a ghost town. You will need to enter the campground and veer the right. Trail is marked but I was drawn to the valley which is shared by MX riders. Lot's of caves and soft soil. The trail takes you to the entrance/road. After your ride you can shower and visit the ghost town.
