From usfs.gov: The Camas Creek trail is 3.0 miles long. It begins at Forest Road #496 and ends at Camas Lake. The first 1/2 mile of this trail in on an "old logging road". It is a good beginner mountain biking trail for the first 2 miles. The trail crosses two "foot log bridges".
In the early summer you will see a variety of wildflowers. You will also be rewarded with a scenic view of the Bitterroot Valley.
There is adequate parking and a stock ramp is available at the trailhead. There are two dispersed camping sites within 1/4 mile.
The trail is open for the following uses: Horseback Riding, Motorcycle Trail Riding
