Mountain Biking Cellon Creek Loop

A nice loop in San Felasco. Over 4 miles of nicely maintained singletrack. There are some gradual elevation changes but nothing that even new riders can't handle. The trail loops around a creek so there is plenty of nice scenery.

First part of the trail was nice, but after the midway point over grown. Then I found out why at about half a mile left and there was flooding. Had to turn back around. Other than that good ride.

Great trail to take novice riders on in the San Felasco system. It is around 4-5 miles that loops back to the trailhead. Little elevation change, but some roots to keep it interesting.

If you plan on riding from start to finish you can't. Flooded out at end of loop near parking.

    Great beginner trail.

Can't complete the whole loop as of now due to some flooding with the recent tropical storm, but easy to go back the other way.

Really simple. Serves as a nice warm up loop to get the blood flowing. Anyone of any skill level can ride this.

A beginner's dream. A wide, flat, flowing trail. Great scenery and wildlife to boot.

This is also the first trail I rode. Not very hard but the length and some of the small climbs might be difficult for some beginners. Overall it's a very nice trail to start out with.

I got my first taste of MTB on this trail. It's a great trail to start mountain biking with because it is not so easy that you get bored but it's not so hard that it will intimidate new riders. A couple small patches of sugar sand and some gradual elevation changes keep the trail interesting…not to mention the beautiful scenery.
