Mountain Biking Cerro Coso Hills and Black's Descent

**   Add a review
#620 of 1,004 mountain bike trails in California
#8,540 in the world

This is a figure 8 that climbs around 1500 feet over the first 10 miles with lots of small climbs and descents along the way. This trail crosses many fire roads, but is mostly single and double track. Finishes with a ride down "Black's Descent", which is a 3 mile (or so) fast section of descending trail back to the parking lot. Mostly beginner level, but some intermediate portions as well ad a couple of optional jumps on the descent section.

This is a confusing area with dirt roads all over the place. We did find some gems to ride though.
