A network of ATV and XC ski trails with some singletrack here and there. Place is big and most of the time is all yours to explore. Surface is rocky in places.
There are campgrounds and river access. Great place for family weekend

From Pine City take Rd 324 East, turn left at Rd 361 and right to 8th Ave SE. Then take another Right at 2nd St SE which will become Saint Croix Rd SE. Keep going straight on Cross Lake Rd SE for a few miles and take a Right at Forest Rd. After few more miles turn Right on Evergreen Rd and immediate Left onto Chengwatana Rd (gravel) and keep going straight till you see parking with map and info.
This is a network of ATV/snowmobile trails and gravel roads and not a singletrack. That's why I give it 3 Stars. I barely scratched the surface here but I'm satisfied. Trails are rocky, sometimes flooded and will challenge even skilled riders. Barely any elevation gain. This is not a place to bring a newb on his first ride. It's more like an alternative trails when Singletracks wet/closed or you just got tired from manicured flow singletrack
