Mountain Biking Clark County Park In Berryville
#230 of 300 mountain bike trails in Virginia
This trail is an 6 ft. wide paved path. The trail is flat and curvy. This is not really a mountain bike trail..... BUT, the park has a few of other interesting aspects. Mainly, big rocks, out-croppings, and mulch/dirt piles to play on along the sides of the trail and all over the park. Additionally, there are some mild mulch covered boulders in the back right corner of the ball fields which provide moderate air and they are pretty fun to ride. I am not recommending driving more than 10 minutes to check it out if you are coming specifically to mountain bike, but if you live near by or are stopping through it is a place to ride.

Take Route 7 to Route 7 Business at Berryville, VA. Route 7 Business is main st. If coming from Winchester you will be on 7 Business for 1/2 mile and it will be on your right. If coming from Leesburg you will go through the town (stay straight the whole way) for about 3 miles and it will be on your left. It is a PARK with ball fields and pool, etc. It is across the street from the fair grounds. There are plenty of gravel parking lots, and the trail goes around the perimeter of the park.
My original post said it was a paved trail. Actually, it is small blue gravel.
