Mountain Biking Coalton Trail
#476 of 1,392 mountain bike trails in Colorado
This is a very mild trail from a technical standpoint, and is mostly flat other than one very steep (though short) hill. This trail isn't anything special, but it can be used to link the Meadowlark Trail and the High Plains Trail.

From Highway 36, head south on McCaslin. When you get to the roundabout at Coalton Road, turn into the Coalton trailhead.
Oh, look... another dirt road/doubletrack that Boulder County calls a mountain bike trail!
Thank |Nice simple trail. Nothing too exciting but it's close to work so it's nice to stop by in the morning and get some fresh air!
Thank |Excellent trail system. Beautiful cues if the Flat Irons. Goods for all ages and experience levels. Some technical spots on the southwest parts of the loop.
Thank |Not very interesting. Use it to complete the Dirty Bismarck; other than that, avoid it.
