Mountain Biking Cocoa Plantation

***   Add a review
#1 of 3 mountain bike trails in Panama
#8,057 in the world

Old gravel Path, first 4 km easy climb along a creek, about 200ft elevation gain, then same distance down to the other side of the ridge.

This trail connects with Camino de Cruzes, which was a mayor merchandise route use by the Spanish 500 years ago to cross the country, in other words the old school Panama Canal.

100% submerged in tropical rain-forest, VERY humid, loud howler monkeys, great shade
