Mountain Biking Cole's Woods

****   Add a review
#74 of 301 mountain bike trails in New York
#3,142 in the world

These are nice easy trails winding through Cole's Woods. A network of trails used for cross country skiing in the winter, lend to some fun biking in the warmer months. No difficult terrain whatsoever, so great for beginners!

Very easy. On XC ski trails. Wide trails. Complete beginner. If you have kids who are not good, or you aren't a good rider, come here. Anyone above a beginner will want to go elsewhere

Easy trails, great for beginners and kids and just to get the heart pumping. Some unmarked single track to be found here

Nice easy network of trails for beginners and children. Some elevation changes, but nothing steep or demanding of any rider. Many of the trail routes are relatively level, with smooth riding and very little roots or obstacles to throw inexperienced riders any trouble. Steady inclines and declines on a couple trails offer those needing some speed and blood moving work a reason to check this little trail system out.
