Mountain Biking College Street Park Trail

**   Add a review
#207 of 388 mountain bike trails in Wisconsin
#16,335 in the world

This small trail network located in College Street Park is a popular in-town bike ride, some of which is cross country ski trail doubletrack and the rest of which is paved bike path. Unless you live in Spooner, there's not really a good reason to ride here. However, since there is cross country skiing here in the winter, there could potentially be some decent fat biking here.

In response to the College street trail review, along with 7 kilometers of xc ski trails, there are over 6 miles of single track, although mostly raked trails, they are not marked currently, but are planned to be marked in the future, they do provide a pretty challenging workout due to the elevation changes, in addition, the trails provide easy access for kids that don't have a parent to drive them to trails, and when you ride the entire system you can access all three schools in the district....These trails have been home to Tuesday night time trials, the old Spooner Jack Pine mt. race and have provided trails for some big time mt. bikers from Spoonville; Chad Sova, winner the prefat in Seeley, T.J Woodruf..top three in Cheq 40, Jessica Martin, twice top two finisher in the Cheq short and fat, Matt Muraski, WORS expert race, and the list goes on.
