Mountain Biking Conders Bend MTB Park

**   Add a review
#132 of 193 mountain bike trails in South Island
#11,997 in the world

This is an excellent little bike park for beginners. It meanders through a pine forest and is flat. There are two tracks, or rather one track with a short cut so you can cut the total distance of 6km in half. The track is packed with gentle features including sweeping bends, berms, off-camber corners, humps and swoops. Kids will love it. It's well drained so is generally dry and is well maintained. When you've had enough you can jump in the river to cool off!

Getting there
Head out of Renwick towards Havelock on highway 6. In less than 4km, just before the Wairau Bridge, there is an access road, gravel, on your left, to the river's stop bank. Follow the road down the stop bank for a few hundred metres and you'll spot the sign and the spacious car park.
