We are very new technical riders and didnt feel overwhelmed. Trail had some easy spots to build up confidence.

Pretty basic and fun trail. A little bit of ascent and descent, with some technical drops if you are willing to explore around.
The descent is basic and the the ascent can be a bit technical.
If you live in Ottawa it is worth hitting for sure. You could hit it as an evening trail everynight if you wanted.

Rocky double track. Somewhat technical. Nice little after work ride.
