This trail follows the alignment of an old water flume that collected water from streams for mining operations. The current trails follows a fairly consistent bench across the mountain, with gorgeous views of the valley below. While the trail is not technical, some parts are very exposed, especially where the trail runs under some overhanging cliffs.
A great loop is to pedal up Dan O Connell, across Coronet Face Water Race, and then down Bush Creek
