Mountain Biking Cow Bone
#60 of 289 mountain bike trails in Florida
One of the better blue trails in the Santos system, Cow Bone starts close to the trailhead and will drop you off near a group of red trails including John Brown, Rattlesnake Ridge, and Anthill.

Heading South on 441, turn right on 80th Street. The Santos trailhead will be almost immediately on your left hand side, across from the bike shop.
Great trail near the main TH. Solid intermediate trail with rock gardens, roots, and elevation changes for a challenge. This trail is a good representation of what Santos has to offer!
Thank |An easy blue. It is for the most part like any of the rest that I rode while here. The trail has good visibility.
Thank |A good blue......ride it in toward the Trail Head as a test before attempting any reds. If successful you are close to being ready for The Sinkhole.
Thank |This is a good one. I like starting near the main trail head so you get to go down the rock gardens instead of up
Thank |Another one of my favorite blues, Cow Bone seems very similar to Sinkhole, a nearby red trail. You can really get some speed here and it has a few sweet rock gardens that are really fun. Depending on which way you're going you've got some short technical climbs or descent which are great as well.
