Trail is accessed from the Swamp Wells Trail #3961 near Horse Butte, or from Swamp Wells Horse Camp.
Mostly flat sagebrush trail with some scattered Ponderosa Pine sections. Few technical areas outside of rocky switchbacks along a cliff face on the western edge of the loop. Best rode in cooler temps due to exposure to the elements.
