Mountain Biking Craters Loop
#739 of 1,004 mountain bike trails in California
The loop begins about 1/4 mile before the parking lot and heads west. There are signs to mark the trail. There is one creek crossing along this relatively flat route. (If you don't want to get your feet wet, carry your bike at the upstream crossing.) The Jeffrey pine forest in this area is one of the largest in the world. To see the Inyo Craters, follow a short foot trail from the parking area. source: fs.usda.gov
