Mountain Biking Dacre Heights
#204 of 308 mountain bike trails in Ontario
Abandoned large 250 acre downhill ski resort that closed in 2001 when the chalet burnt . Sold to Calabogie resort which dismantled the ski lifts .
After being sold again it is now open for hiking , cross country skiing and biking at your own risk. Web site shows various trails across slopes that may be marked with plastic tree ties which were hard to find . Long climb and bike push to the top with only atv trails visible to use .
Great for an way out back abandoned location to visit , no grooming or maintenance .

Flat road
Overgrown slopes , with only atv roads and paths to follow around .
Thank |Long bike push to the top , but amazing views while trying to imagine what the resort used to looked like .
Really long down hill run !
