As a state park April through September you have to pay to get into the park . Another reason I like to ride in the fall and winter. This trail need some attention. Signs for direction would be the biggest help. Light grooming could help also. Although the trail was 95% rideable it still need some work. The landscape out here is amazing. The rocky texture adds a extra wow factor. Spooked up some deer a few times. Not many big climb like I expected. The trail is mostly on the high ground but dipping into the ravines. Lost the trail completely in the leaf coverage near the fish hatchery and levee. Still a fun exploration ride. I’ll be back to ride the two trails I missed!
