This is a mostly easy network that circumnavigates around and also bisects this subdivision. The climb from the culdesac is tough, but once on top, it's mostly easyhttp://www.eaglecounty.us/Trails/Documents/mtn_bike_map_eagle_ranch_loops/ cruising. This map shows the trails available and the available trailheads:

Echoing that this is more beginner-oriented than some other trails in town. Started from the Arroyo Rd trailhead. Rode Turniphead (fun, swoopy, fast singletrack) to Mayer Gulch I think, did some of Riddle. I don't recommend riding 2nd Gulch down, that was just a doubletrack road.
Thank |Yet another nice trail network adjacent to the town of Eagle! This one is somewhat more novice-friendly than most in the area, and there's nothing more threatening than the grade of the initial climb from the cul de sac at the end of Brush Creek Road. While you can start from any of three trailheads and ride any of the singletrack, doubletrack or paved path in either direction, be sure to take the Meyer Gulch Trail from SE to NW for a mile and a half of hugely fun, swoopy sagebrush singletrack.
