Starting at Elizabeth Mills Riverfront Park, you will start toward Kipheart Landing on some mild single track with a few patches of tall grass and some roots. If you see a golf cart or two drive by on the course right next to the trail, don't worry, you're in the right place. Once you reach Kipheart Landing, you will have a choice of two trails. I recommend starting on the trail to the right (the trail closer to the water), and the looping back on the higher trail. While riding on the lower trail, you will see some small rapids in Goose Creek, and also the remains of the Goose Creek Canal. You might have to hop off the bike a few times to go across a stream, or up a steep hill, but not very often. There are several connecting trails between the top and bottom trails, and they are both closer to Kipheart Landing, then to the Riverside pkwy bridge at the end of the trail. The higher trail is rocky at times, and has a few steps. After completing the loop, you will take the same trail back to Elizabeth Mills Riverfront Park, therefore completing the trail. Good Luck!
