Great trail system. I rode Black Forest, TNT, and Log Rhythm. Really fast and smooth trails with very few roots. As noted Blackforest is green, TNT is listed as intermediate but not much harder. Log Rhythm wasn't more difficult. The trails are very fast and I hardly saw any roots. The first part of TNT on the M, W, F counter CW is some of the most fun downhill flow I have done. This would be a great place to take a beginner as it's very fun and not very technical. Similar trails are Peace Can at 5points, but more similar to Talking Rock down in Jasper, Ga. Can't wait to get up here and ride again.

Great trail system in a super well maintained park. Atlas and log rhythm offered some spice to the ride, but all in all it was 15 miles of awesome flowy riding. Signage and one-way travel are big pluses. I’ll be back for more.

The trail is one way so be sure to pay attention to the sign. There's a stout climb at the beginning followed by 2 miles of awesome flow. I love this trail.

I live about two hours away and have ridden here twice. These trails are smooth, fast and flowy. There's enough climbing to get a solid workout and you can really bomb the downhills. I like the fact that the trails are directional and well marked. I'll definitely be making more trips here in the future.

I really enjoy this place. It is one of my favorites. Don't let the "beginner" ranking steer you away, this is a MUST RIDE if you are in the area. It is fast and flowy with some climbing. XC folks will love it cause you can drop the hammer and get your cardio in. Gravity folks will like it because there is plenty of trail candy to launch off of. Heck, the new "Atlas" loop, is 5.5 miles of jumps.

It is laid out very well and signed very well. The trails were in great shape with the exception of about 10 trees down that I heard came down last weekend. There wasn't any mud when I rode, but it rained like the end of time just as I was leaving the park.

One long hill after a switchback that caught me off guard. More technical and challenging than the other two trails at Enterprise South Nature Park. I'm still a beginner so this 3 trail system is an awesome place to learn. Black Forest is the easiest, then TNT, and this one Log Rhythm has some technical features, a long log feature, and a pump track area. Great place to learn and gain more confidence.

This trail is nice a bit harder than Black Forest. It's neat to transition into the pines of this trail from its sister trail Black Forest. Still a lot of fun and flow on this one. Enjoyable and well kept up.

I'm new to the sport but this to me is a great place to learn. Fast, flowing trail that is just fun to ride. Rode it 3 times back to back I enjoyed it so much. It's directional went back a few days later and ride it CCW. I like CW a bit better.

Black Forest is a fast flowing trail. Really enjoyed it. Rode it 3 times back to back I liked it so much. It's directional I liked clockwise best. Great place to learn. My wife loved it too.

The best Tennessee has to offer for TRUE NATURAL SINGLETRACK. Challenging climbs and very rewarding downhill. This trail had to have been laid out and built by some true professionals.

Hard to find any trails laid out any better than these. They are directional so you don't have to worry about running into someone as you fly through the trails. Did all ten miles and you will love them. Log Rhythm does have a bit of a long climb but it's not too steep, not that hard.

This is a great system of well used & maintained trails. Flow & moderate challenge abound. For first timers, whenever you cross a road, you are crossing into the next loop. It is also directional, so check the signs. TNT is the best of the 3 in my opinion, but all are good. Wish this system was closer to home.

Heard the same thing exactly so I'm glad I ignored them and checked it out for myself.

I would agree. I too was told this trail is so so. I don't live in the area so was told to do other trail systems. I'm glad I didn't listen either. I've ridden in the rockies, midwest, eastcost and now tried this. I found it to be very fun, challenging, well marked, and fast and flowy in areas. I do wish it was not directional because I would like to have tried the other way as well. I will definitely try this one again. Not to mention, they have tools and pumps as a service to riders at the base for free. Never seen that before. What a nice thing the park service did for riders. I just hope some idiot does not go and steal them. I like the change of scenery with the trees from oaks to pines and such. Quit cool. Some sections reminded me of Dupont in NC (Pisgah) area. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

This is an excellent trail system close to the city and doesn't require a lot of time to make a trip. There are essentially 3 trails to ride...beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The intermediate trail is a nice flowing single track at about 6 miles long and allows you to keep pretty good speed through most of the trail. I prefer to hit all 3 back-to-back for about a 10 mile ride.

Q: Of the three trails, which is best suited to beginners?
A: Black Forrest is the beginner trail. Great for beginners. TNT would also be very doable for beginners.
