This is a high elevation lariat loop ride that ranges from 7,200 feet to 9,735 feet elevation at the high point. It is probably not snow free most years until mid July. I rode the route counter clockwise although it could be ridden in either direction. These trails dont get a lot of use so they are faint in areas. This is an advanced or expert rated ride. Some hike a bike may be necessary. Down trees may be a possibility so plan for plenty of time. This ride includes trails in Eunice Creek, Lake Creek, Park Creek, Goldstone Pass jeep trail, and the Continental Divide trail between Idaho and Montana. There is a Forest Service campground at Reservoir Lake, however no potable water. Bring a water filter. A short portion of the route is on dirt roads. This is a remote, isolated area so plan accordingly. The trail may be hard to find in meadows in Park Creek so a copy of the map and GPS track may be helpful.
