Mountain Biking Flat Rock Upper Loop

*****   Add a review
#97 of 279 mountain bike trails in Texas
#3,548 in the world

Upper loop, is a good length, mostly intermediate level trail, with some brief sections that can be hiked as necessary. Trail climbs steadily up Mt Park with some roller coasters thrown in along the way, and the last bit being a slick rock area. Don't mess with the bulls, they can get real mean (they do seam calm for bulls) The trip down from the top is loaded with fast down hill and a few small drops. there are live stock, this is a working ranch so shut all gates, most of them are self closing now. lots of open ground, sun and heat will be an issue in summer.
