Flow leaves from the parking lot's far corner (you drive straight toward the Flow entrance when entering the parking area). It can be ridden either way and is lots of fun both ways. It is very flowy and has recently been updated. It includes small berms and fast flowing singletrack and is lots of fun to ride. This trail is not rideable after rain.

Cool down hill most of the way from Gravel Rd down to parking. Tough climb if you go W on it.
| ThankFast and flowy singletrack is what this trail epitomizes. Fun ups and downs along with nicely groomed berms make this trail lots of fun to ride as long as it is dry. Recommended as a good way to get farther into the Dirty South Trail System.
