Mountain Biking Faulkner Park
#64 of 279 mountain bike trails in Texas
Series of singletrack that crosses over doubletrack thus creating "loops." Little
elevation change with some fun technical options w/ opt-out routes. At about the
4.5 mile mark there is a section of mobiles. Despite the often frequent traffic this
makes for a great afternoon ride.

Faulkner is now a 10 mile loop. New for 2018, we have added an expert section and laid out the old wet C section into new, flowy Loop D. It still has the roots you love and now a few interesting trail features.
Thank |We have completed the 1st phase of the Faulkner Decade project. The new section up on C now has more climbing and downhill sweetness for local MTB'ers. We have also added onto the expert rock section with new wooden features.
Thank |Good place for beginners. Take it easy and enjoy the scenery. Start slow work your way up to the full track.
Thank |Fantastic city park trail. Plenty of roots along this twisty ride. One stretch of switchbacks thrown in with a fair climb. Entertaining enough for strong intermediate riders. Stacks of boulders near the end for the more advanced.
Thank |This is a nice, easy trail. I've ridden it more than 100 times, always enjoyable. Good place to start for anyone 12 and up.
Thank |Nice flow. Excellent for beginners. Location makes it easy for Tyler residence to get to it quickly. Pump track allows the more hard core a chance to push their limits
Thank |They are continually improving and add onto this trail. There are a few really sandy sections past the pump track, however, that is hardly an excuse to avoid this trail.
