From the Louisville area either come south on US 31 or follow I-265 around to US 31 and head south. From Elizabethtown head north on US 31. From the east you will need to head towards Louisville and take I-265 around to US 31 or take Bluegrass Parkway to Elizabethtown and head north on US 31. From US 31 continue on to West Point. Look for the large sign and turn into the park. After coming into the park you will go right at the split and there is a nice sized parking lot with access to the trail.

One of the best in Kentucky. Lots of jumps, steep techy climbs, and speedy downhills
Thank |Most of this trail is technical. There are a few fast downhill sections that can satisfy a thrill. I rode it for the first time and the trail was al little wet. The trail is slippery when damp. The roots and rocks have no grip when they are wet. The climbs are challenging and help me with training. I will return when the trail dries to see all it has to offer.
Thank |Fun features and some flow. A little cut up, and the front end climb is good cardio. Needs some work, but very workable for jumpers, not so much for trail or mileage.
Thank |A hidden gem. Probably the most mountain bikey mountain bike trails in Kentucky get. Be ready for steep climbs and jumps
Thank |Tough climb to the Fort on the Yellow Trail but well worth it for an very fast drop in! Great sections of obstacles to negotiate, plus stone & earthen ramps & mounds for great air!!! Not crowded & many courses to pick from.
Thank |Awesome trails! They are well kept and very fun. There is good variation and fun jumps and banks. I enjoyed the downhill the most and would definitely go again.
Thank |Trails are in good shape but we need to get out there and do some work on all the jumps. A lot of them are in poor shape.
Thank |Trails in great shape! Go and ride!
Thank |Trail was in fairly good shape a couple of months ago. needs some work in a few places...other wise had a lot of fun..
Thank |This is a fun trail system. Trails are clearly marked on trees by color/difficulty. The downhill trail was awesome besides the fact that many of the jumps needed some serious work done on them. This was the only reason I couldn't give it a 5. Technical rooty climbs and switchbacks. The trails intersect each other many times so it takes a bit to figure out where everything goes. Highly recommend.
Thank |With all of the rainfall we have had, the trails are better than anything else in the area. Gorgeous views of the Ohio River.
Thank |Steep and challenging singletracks. The yellow trail has several jumps and banks, some pretty outrageous, but some going into disrepair. Trails have become overgrown in places, but passable. Overall, great fun.
Thank |Was here a few weeks ago and got stuck in a monsoon before cranking out many miles. If you steep climbs, fast DH and dirt jumps then you'll love it here. I posted a few pics of the gap jumps. We started to ride the XC trail but was rained out. I def want to go back and see it all...will update review then.
Thank |Awesome trail! Love riding here sick jumps and downhills
Thank |Great place. Locals are super friendly and have done a great job building and maintaining the trails. Hoping to go back soon.
Thank |Really great park! Big thanks to whoever put the time and effort into building this little haven. Rode the red, blue and then went up and down the downhills a few times. easy to do if you go up the paved road to the top!
Thank |Hit this trail system on the way to Pisgah and it was worth the detour. Great trail, well maintained, and the jumps were great.
Thank |Rode this trail a couple weeks ago, nice trails with some sick jumps. Trails could use some work but overall they were pretty good.
Thank |A varied and fun trail. I checked out the Red trail, the Downhill section, and the Blue trail. The climbs are great for the area, and the trails are pretty well groomed. The Downhill is lots of fun with some good sized gaps and drops. The whole place rates a little more technical than a lot of others I have ridden in the area that provide a family friendly "beginner-intermediate-advanced" set up. Nice job by those who maintain this trail. I rode on a Monday and there was very little traffic on a perfect day, but beware of hikers visiting the Fort. Very well marked and the board had lots of maps.

Thank |GREAT RIDE! I was there right as fall came. The trail was a bit slippery with the leaves and rain. They did a great job marking the trails with paint on trees. Tough climbs and awesome down hills.
