Mountain Biking Fort Lincoln Trail
#16 of 35 mountain bike trails in North Dakota
Scouts Trail System: The non-motorized, multi-use Scouts Trail System covers 6.75 miles in a series of loops and connecting trails. Most of the surface is hard paced single track, with manageable grades and only a few steeper sections the trail system joins the Mandan-Fort Lincoln Bike tail just south of the Infantry Post road. The Scouts Trail System is open for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. The Scouts Trail system head is located at the Valley picnic shelter.

From Mandan drive South on Highway 1806 until you go past the Veterans Cemetery then turn North on Fort Lincoln Road for a short distance until you see sign for parking.
Great scenery view! Trail wasn't that exciting but scenery is entertaining. Some trails were fun to ride downhill. A lot deer.
