From the water taxi exit at Port Townsend, turn left onto Water Street (WA 20). Then, turn right onto Kearney Street. At Kearney Street's end, turn left onto Blaine Street and then right onto San Juan Avenue. Once you've taken San Juan Street to its end, you can either turn right onto Admiralty Avenue to get to the main entrance of the park or continue onto 49th Street and turn right onto Kuhn Street to get to more parking.
