Mountain Biking Game Haven
#35 of 138 mountain bike trails in Minnesota
Freshly built trail in 2013 the flows through the trees and meadow of the Game Haven Reserve. The trail is still being completed but word is that it will eventually go all the way around Game Haven Lake. Also a great location for fatbiking in the winter as locals keep the trail maintained and packed. In the summer pretty smooth trail with no real difficult obstacles but fun flowy sections.

52 to ext 50, (11th Ave SE / Simposon rd SE) Go S, R if you're going S. R on 45th (101) when the rd turns L. Parking Lot off gravel road on Left.
Fun trail when in the area. Some steep punchy climbs in spots, but they are short. Looking forward to the trails they are adding!
Thank |Trail was in overall great shape. A few muddy spots along the creek areas. Fairly easy trail with some short tough climbs for beginners/intermediate riders. Recently added a short bridge which has a ride around.
Thank |It is a great beginner trail. If you start at the Gamehaven parking lot, the trail follows a creek that is breath taking in the winter. It is not well labelled. I would take a picture of the map at the base because it is accurate. Also, it seems to be be the last trail to dry. Dry, trails, dry!
Thank |First time riding this place! Not too bad! Especially the fact it is 20 minutes from my front door. I travel to red wing memorial Park, Lebanon, or holzinger in wining and for this sort drive I'll definitely be back!
Thank |Flowy and fun. Hidden gem in the rochester area.
Thank |Easy, fast, trails thru the woods. Layout could be a bit confusing for first timers. Take your time and explore. Or ride with locals
Thank |Many downed trees across the trail from the recent storm
Thank |A lot of fun sections but very confusing. Trails aren't marked very clear so it's hard to tell if you're going the right way. Otherwise it's good easy fun with some flowy fun stuff and some good downhills
