Mountain Biking Garden Route Trail Park
#21 of 79 mountain bike trails in South Africa
Great riding network outside of Knysna. You can rent bikes onsite if needed, or obviously bring your own. Lots of work has gone into making a great singletrack network, with trails of varying degrees of difficulty. Some trails are fast and flowy singletrack with big views (Mountain Mania), others are tighter singletrack trails through trees with fun little root drops (Jungle Fever). Overall a great riding area with a bunch of options, pump track included. There's coffee and pastries for sale onsite as well.

I was on vacation from CO in the US, and rode here because you can rent a nice bike onsite and ride straight to the trails. I rented a plus-sized Specialized hardtail (model I wasn't familiar with). Rode Mountain Mania, Jungle Fever, I think some of Crazy Creek, and part of another trail too. Very well built singletrack network that takes you through a variety of terrain, with a bunch of different views too. Be sure to check out the insane upside-down wooden loop feature too, and google videos about it...
