I'm stingy with the 5 stars, and this new downhill bike park is still under construction, but the builds of the existing four downhill runs is legit. These are high quality downhill runs served by a new chairlift. Now it certainly doesn't have Whistler quantity or length, but the construction thus far is for real. Certainly best of the limited existing downhill parks in upper Midwest. As of October 2019, there are two green runs, one intermediate, and one expert, with at least one additional expert trail almost complete. Keep an eye on this new park.
