Mountain Biking Glen Park
#40 of 293 mountain bike trails in Pennsylvania
Glen Park is a hidden gem for riders from multiple disciplines of mountain biking. Having been one of the original freeride/DH spots on the east coast in the 90's you will find some big features including drops, gap jumps, doubles, and steep fall line chutes. For XC there are miles of trails with varying terrain. If you are looking to climb there are multiple ways to challenge yourself. The Glen truly shines for enduro riding. There are many great top to bottom runs filled with tons of flow. Enduro racing is becoming a regular occurrence at the Glen. You can either start your ride from the lot on Collins Street or from trailhead at end of Godfrey's Ridge Road.

Rode here today for the first time and my purse was stolen out of my vehicle. Window smashed. BEWARE!!
Thank |my favorite trails in the east PA close to NYC area by far.
Thank |It has a lot of elevation and fun challenge for intermediate riders, hardtails could work (i rode it on a hardtail) i wanna do this park again and again
Very Fast and Extremely Fun! Some random wood features and amazing scenery.
Thank |Good mixture of fire roads and single track (descent after the climb). The trails are not marked, but it there are plenty of them to ride. There is also a technical area called The Maze which has quite a few jumps to try out, although it appeaed to not be maintained in a few months.

All Mountain riding vast connecting trails
Still riding here after 15yrs!!!
Nice climb up to the ridge. Tons of jumps, drop-offs and technical stuff on a variety of singletrack down the ridge. Something for everyone. Loved it and going to go back, soon.
Thank |Great little park for a nice after work or after class ride, if you attend East Stroudsburg University. With in easy riding distance from anywhere in Stroudsburg or East Stroudsburg so you can leave the car at home. Plenty of off shoot trails offer a change of pace from the normal. Watch out for the homeless village on the ridge.
