Scenic view of rolling green hills under a clear blue sky, with a stone wall in the foreground and an empty parking area. A few trees and shrubs are visible along the edge of the landscape. Grayson Highlands State Park mountain bike trail.

As beautiful and scenic as Grasyon Highlands is, it is not a bike destination. There were only a few miles permissible for bikes. The Wilson creek trail starts in front of the country store. A bike option runs parallel to a large multi use road. To get to the water falls and creeks, you have to use hiking only trails.
There is another bike trail closer to Mt. Rogers, sorry, I don't remember the name and I did not ride it, knowing it was hiking and horses only if I wanted to proceed to Mt. Rogers.
Great opportunities for local trail organization or the state to put more bike trails in.
